The Dignity for All Students Act 
New York State’s Dignity for All Students Act (The Dignity Act) seeks to provide the State’s public elementary and secondary school students with a safe and supportive environment free from discrimination, intimidation, taunting, harassment, and bullying on school property, a school bus and/or at a school function.

NYS Commissioner's Part 100 Regulations 100.1-110.20 - Requirements for Elementary, Middle and Secondary Programs
Includes information on policy, recommendations, and guidelines for implementing Prek-12 education programs.  Part 100 Regulations are periodically updated as amendments are adopted by the Board of    Regents  Note: Section 100.2 contains information relating to the Dignity Act Coordinator, School Employee Training, and Codes of Conduct.
