The "School Reporters" (Nurses)' only responsibility is to provide information via the "School Tally Sheets" to the person in the "School District Nurse Role," who will aggregate the data onto the "District Tally Sheets" to then enter it into the BMI survey on the Health Commerce System (HCS).

Building-level data from all schools in a district should be sent to the person assigned to the "School District Nurse Role," who aggregates the data for the entire district prior to reporting it on the Health Commerce System (HCS) BMI Survey. This is the only person who will have access to the survey.
