Introduction of Two New Documents for Minors Receiving Working Papers (5/2023)
School districts are strongly encouraged to distribute two documents to all minors receiving working papers. The first document is a card outlining employer responsibilities; it is recommended that it be attached to the Employment Certificate or Permit, and the second is a card to be given to the minor that outlines their rights as young workers.

 Updated AT-17 Application for Employment Certificate and AT-22 Application for Employment Permit (Working Papers) (5/2019)
The updates serve to provide additional guidance regarding persons authorized to provide a Certificate of Physical Fitness for minors applying for Employment Certificates or Permits (Working Papers).
