Mental Fitness Inc., (Formerly NORMAL) Resources
Mental Fitness Webpage-Created in collaboration with national researchers in the fields of mental health, nutrition, epidemiology, substance abuse, addictions, and eating disorders, they provide resources for 7 shared protective “categories” that assist in building resilience in youth. They offer evidence-based prevention programs from each of the 7 categories of mental fitness to schools and communities in an effort to build mental fitness in all youth, including eating disorders training for k-12 educators and coaches.
