The Elemental Mercury Manual is a technical document assembled by the New York State Department of Health. Sources for materials in the manual include the New York State Department of Health and several federal agencies. The manual is intended as a reference document to help public health professionals respond to various mercury issues. In addition, learn why Mercury is a cause for concern and what to do should a Mercury spill occur.
