The Special Recognition Awards will be part of the World AIDS Day Event on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at the Albany Capital Center in New York.

Award topic areas include

• commitment to reducing new HIV diagnoses and promoting access to prevention services among those living with HIV
• commitment and contribution to improving the health and wellness of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer and questioning (LGBTQ) individuals
• commitment and contribution to improving the health and wellness of persons who use drugs
• commitment and contribution to reducing the impact of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs)

Nominations must be submitted no later than Friday, September 13, 2024.
