All New York State public and nonpublic schools that serve students in any grade from six to twelve will be required to provide menstrual products to students in school restrooms at no cost.

All elementary and secondary public and nonpublic schools in New York State serving students in grades six through twelve to provide feminine hygiene products at no cost to students in school restrooms now includes non-public schools. The law also revised the term feminine hygiene products to menstrual products.
