On 2/23/18 NYSED and NYSDOH released joint guidance and resources for managing Influenza in Schools. It has been added below and under Flu Vaccination and Resources on the Guidelines and Memos by Content Area Page of this website.

Influenza Education Public Health Law Amendment

NYS Disaster Preparedness Resource:

Pandemic Flu Action Kit for Schools in New York State: The NYS Disaster Preparedness Commission is continuing its comprehensive planning for a potential pandemic. Staff from the State Health and Education Departments and a workgroup made up of county health officials collaborated in the development of a Pandemic Flu Action Kit for Schools in New York State.
