Sunny Snacks and Meals- Summer Meals Program
The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) SUN Meals program provides free, nutritious snacks and meals to children under 18 while school is not in session. Meals are also available for people with disabilities who are over 18 and participate in school programs for the mentally or physically disabled.
Through the SUN Meals program, kids of all ages can eat meals and snacks during the summer at no cost at schools, parks, and other neighborhood locations. SUN Meals may have a different name where you live, but the benefit is the same: meals for kids and teens, and opportunities to participate in fun activities.
How to Get Sun Meals-SUN Meals are available to any child aged 18 and under; no application or other information is needed!
