New York Public Health Law Section 613 - State Aid; Immunization
NYS Public Health Law Section 613 requires licensed and registered day-care programs and schools to post flu educational material in plain view about the flu and flu vaccine for parents. The NYS Health Departments publication Parents: Fight Flu at Home and School resource may be by your district chooses. It can be printed on a standard office printer, and additional languages are available.
