Since 1992, the New York State Center for School Health (NYSCSH) has been a contracted technical
assistance and resource office of the New York State Education Department (NYSED).
NYSED encourages all school health professionals to visit and use the NYSCSH website as
a resource and subscribe to the Health Information Portal (HIP) to receive emails.
The Center provides current, accurate, and evidence-based information on health education and health services regulations, guidance, and best-practices, as well as professional development in-person and online.
