Guidelines for Menstrual Products in Schools (December 2023)
The amendment to public health law, Section 267, section 1, effective July 1, 2024, requires all elementary and secondary public and non-public schools serving students in any grade from six through twelve, to provide feminine hygiene products in school restrooms at no cost to students.
