Conducts education and training programs for health care providers treating persons living with HIV/AIDS. This website provides a central repository for training materials developed within the AETC network.

NYSDOH AIDS Institute Clinical Education Initiative (CEI) Assists NYS health care providers improve health outcomes related to HIV, STDs and hepatitis C (HCV). They provide free on-line and on-site HIV, HCV and STD education to clinicians and disseminate AIDS Institute clinical practice guidelines. There are 3 CEI Centers of Excellence in NYS.
